A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO SA COLLEGE PRIVATE SCHOOL
EFFORT TODAY... REWARDS TOMORROW!
SA College Private School (SACPS) is an independent co-ed school situated in the center of Pretoria, within walking distance of the Union Buildings and alongside the Apies river that dissects Pretoria.
This gem of a school is ideally situated for parents WHO WORK IN THE CITY providing them with a one stop facility. They can work in the city centre and drop off their children before 07:00 and collect them safely between 14:30 and 17:00 in the afternoon, the latter collection time being applicable to parents making use of the school’s very affordable After Care centre.
The school has undergone physical upgrades in line with the municipal plan to upgrade the inner city of Pretoria. Where it provides high standards of security and safety for its learners and allows parents to carry on with their daily work commitments in the city, having the reassurance that their children are safe, well cared for and are receiving a very high quality of private education.
As part of SA College Private School’s Corporate Responsibility Programme, the school offers Saturday School classes to both Primary and High school learners from the far corners of Tshwane and its environments at a minimal charge – this service to the local community allows learners from other schools and the SACPS to attend classes throughout the year over weekends, including holidays and public holidays to be taught by the very best educators drawn from SACPS and neighbouring schools.
The staff and learners of SACPS subscribe to the following values epitomised by the acronym: PRIDE which stands for:
Through the development of a warm and affirming atmosphere of teaching and learning, we aim to develop those qualities in our children which will allow them to keep up with the pace of the rapidly changing conditions of this world, becoming young aspiring members of the future.
